Veganism: Going back to the Garden of Eden

Veganism: Going back to the Garden of Eden

The early followers of Jesus (Yehoshua) were vegetarian (if not vegan). We can’t be sure that they weren’t vegan, but we do know many of them were vegetarian. We all know that in the beginning, the perfect diet was vegan.

YHWH’s Perfect Diet Is Vegan

First Diet Had No Animal Pain or Deaths

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. 31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

That was the King James Version (KJV) and we see they translated the Strong’s word 402 oklah as “meat,” even though it’s referring to seeds and fruits rather than animal flesh. This is because in the time the KJV was translated they used the word “meat” to refer to any food, not flesh. Since then the English language evolved and we, now, generally view “meat” as “animal flesh” these days. Other translations have fixed this issue and use the word “food” in those verses.

All throughout the Genesis act of creation, YHWH calls everything He creates “good” but it’s not until the sixth day that He calls His creation “very good.” On the sixth day mankind is in perfect harmony with the animals, and the earth. Every creature was able to sustain itself without there being any death, and it was very good in YHWH’s eyes.

Last Diet Has No Animal Pain or Deaths

The wolf is well known for preying on lambs in order to eat. However, in the New Age (Messianic or Millennium age) the lamb will no longer fear the wolf, because the wolf will have other food and will no longer look to the lamb for sustenance. As we can see in the scripture below, all animals and humans will no longer fear being eaten anymore.

Isaiah 11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’ den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: because the earth shall be full of the knowledge of YHWH, as the waters cover the sea.

According to Isaiah animals and mankind will no longer hurt or destroy each other.

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain because the former things are passed away.

The former things (death, sorrow, crying, pain) will have passed away. There will be no more pain for anyone or any animals because they won’t be dying or being preyed upon by each other.

YHWH Makes a Covenant with the Animals

Hosea 2:18 And I will make for them a covenant on that day with the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens, and the creeping things of the ground. And I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land, and I will make you lie down in safety.

The early followers of Jesus (Yehoshua) believed that he came to stop the sacrifices, perhaps in a way starting this covenant with the animals? They taught that YHWH never asked for the sacrifices in the first place.

Clementine Recognitions 1 Chapter XXXIX: Mikvah (Baptism) Instituted in Place of Zebahim (Sacrifices)

But when the time began to draw near that what was wanting in the Mosaic institutions should be supplied, as we have said, and that the Navi (Prophet) should appear, of whom he had foretold that He should warn them by the mercy of YHWH to cease from sacrificing; lest they might suppose that on the cessation of sacrifice there was no remission of sins for them, He instituted mikvah (baptism) by water amongst them, in which they might be absolved from all their sins on the invocation of His name, and for the future, following a perfect life, might abide in immortality, being purified not by the blood of beasts, but by the purification of the Hokmah (Wisdom) of YHWH, which is Y’shua.

Clementine Homilies 2 Chapter XLIV. The Same Continued

But if He desires the fruitful hill, whose then are all things? If He is false, who then is true? If He dwells in a tabernacle, who is without bounds? If He is fond of fat, and sacrifices, and offerings, and drink-offerings, who then is without need, and who is holy, and pure, and perfect?…

Clementine Homilies 3 Chapter XXVI. Abel’s Name and Nature

…He hates sacrifices, bloodshed, and libations; he loves the chaste, the pure, the holy. He quenches the fire of altars, represses wars, teaches pious preachers wisdom, purges sins, sanctions marriage, approves temperance, leads all to chastity, makes men liberal, prescribes justice, seals those of them who are perfect, publishes the word of peace, prophesies explicitly, speaks decidedly, frequently makes mention of the eternal fire of punishment, constantly announces the kingdom of God, indicates heavenly riches, promises unfading glory, shows the remission of sins by works.

Clementine Homilies 3 Chapter XLV. Sacrifices

But that He is not pleased with sacrifices, is shown by this, that those who lusted after flesh were slain as soon as they tasted it, and were consigned to a tomb, so that it was called the grave of lusts. He then who at the first was displeased with the slaughtering of animals, not wishing them to be slain, did not ordain sacrifices as desiring them; nor from the beginning did He require them. For neither are sacrifices accomplished without the slaughter of animals, nor can the first-fruits be presented…

Clementine Homilies 3 Chapter LI – Chapter LII

And His sending to the scribes and teachers of the existing Scriptures, as to those who knew the true things of the law that then was, is well known. And also that He said, ‘I am not come to destroy the law,’ and yet that He appeared to be destroying it, is the part of one intimating that the things which He destroyed did not belong to the law. And His saying, ‘The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but one jot or one tittle shall not pass from the law,’ intimated that the things which pass away before the heaven and the earth do not belong to the law in reality.

Since, then, while the heaven and the earth still stand, sacrifices have passed away, and kingdoms, and prophecies among those who are born of woman, and such like, as not being ordinances of God; hence therefore He says, ‘Every plant which the heavenly Father has not planted shall be rooted up.’ Wherefore He, being the true Prophet, said, ‘I am the gate of life; he who enters through me enters into life,’ there being no other teaching able to save. Wherefore also He cried, and said, ‘Come unto me, all who labour,’ that is, who are seeking the truth, and not finding it; and again, ‘My sheep hear my voice;’ and elsewhere, ‘Seek and find,’ since the truth does not lie on the surface.

Clementine Homilies 3 Chapter LVI. Teaching of Christ

…And to those who supposed that God is pleased with sacrifices, He said, ‘God wishes mercy, and not sacrifices’ —the knowledge of Himself, and not holocausts.

The Israelites Rejected Moses Because of Meat

While Moses was speaking with YHWH getting the commandments, which included not to murder innocent beings, they rejected him in their heart and went back to idol worship and sacrificing. The only way for the people to get to eat meat back then was to “sacrifice” it to their “god” as a burnt offering (i.e. cook it) and then the people got to eat the cooked animal flesh.

“…Every piece of meat consumed came from an animal sacrificed…” When Eating Meat was a Sacrifice

Acts 7:35 This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush. 36 He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. 37 This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear. 38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: 39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, 40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. 41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. 42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to ME slain beasts and sacrifices forty years in the wilderness? 43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

Amos 5:25 Have ye offered unto ME sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? 26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. 27 Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith YHWH, whose name is The God of hosts.

YHWH says He set before His people life and death and told them to choose life. We see that played out all throughout the scriptures. When YHWH tells the people He didn’t ask for sacrifices, He also gives them the option to choose death. This is why when they grumbled for animal flesh, He sent them quail, allowing those who wanted death to choose death. Those who wanted life didn’t have to eat the quail and we know that some people chose not to eat the quail, since those who ate the quail died of a plague, but some people survived. In the same way YHWH says they can continue to offer burnt offerings to their false gods (choose death) but reminds them the way to life was to keep the commandments (not kill innocent beings).

Jeremiah 7:21 This is what YHWH of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: ‘Add your burnt offerings to your other sacrifices and eat the meat yourselves! 22 For I spake NOT unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices: 23 but this is what I commanded them: Obey Me, and I will be your God, and you will be My people. You must walk in all the ways I have commanded you, so that it may go well with you.

You can see how frustrated He is in Jeremiah 7:21 and how very reminiscent it is to when He told them to not eat any meat in the desert. We know they were commanded by YHWH to not eat meat in the desert because they had plenty of animals they could have eaten (Numbers 11:22). Rather than eat the animals they already had, they were grumbling because there was a commandment to not eat meat. Finally, YHWH had enough of their rejection of His commandments, and gave them what they wanted, which led to their death.

Numbers 11:18 And say to the people, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat, for you have wept in the hearing of YHWH, saying, “Who will give us meat to eat? For it was better for us in Egypt.” Therefore YHWH will give you meat, and you shall eat. 19 You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days, 20 but a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you because that you have rejected YHWH which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt? … 32 And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp. 33 And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of YHWH was kindled against the people, and YHWH smote the people with a very great plague. 34 And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

All Meat Is Food Sacrificed to Idols

Some of the early followers of Jesus (Yehoshua) believed Paul to be “the enemy” even after he went to Damascus.

“…Then after three days one of the brothers came to us from Gamali-El, whom we mentioned before, bringing to us secret tidings that that enemy had received a commission from Kayafa, the Kohen ha Gadol (Caiaphas the High Priest), that he should arrest all who believed in Y’shua, and should go to Dameshek (Damascus) with his letters, and that there also, employing the help of the unbelievers, he should make havoc among the faithful; and that he was hastening to Dameshek chiefly on this account, because he believed that Kefa (Apostle Peter) had fled thither…” Recognitions of Clement Chapter LXXI: Flight to Yericho

When Christians say they can eat meat sacrificed to idols, they’re quoting the KJV (which, once again, used the word “meat” instead of “food”) and they’re leaning on Paul’s assurance that it’s okay to eat foods sacrificed to idols. But Jesus (Yehoshua) warns us against eating food sacrificed to idols in Revelation.

Revelation 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Revelation 2:20 But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. By her teaching she misleads My servants to be sexually immoral and to eat food sacrificed to idols.

Meat Sacrificed to Idols

When you eat animal flesh, you had to pay someone to sacrifice an animal(s) for you to enjoy the meal.

Philippians 3:19 Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things.

You could say if you sacrifice animals for your stomach, you’re sacrificing meat/food to idols (your stomach / god). It doesn’t matter if you’re the one sacrificing the animal as long as you pay a steward (slaughterer) to sacrifice the animal for you. If you’re paying for it, it was your responsibility to know how your workers are treating the animals.

Oftentimes, the caretakers of the animals are not even taking care of the animal’s needs. They sacrifice the animals’ well-being in search of more money by skimping on the food they feed them, the space they give them, etc. In this case they are sacrificing the animals (well-being) to the god of money (Mammon).

Farmers have been feeding skittles to cows for years simply because it’s cheaper.

“(It) is a very good way for producers to reduce feed cost, and to provide less expensive food for consumers,” Ki Fanning, a livestock nutritionist with Great Plains Livestock Consulting, told CNNMoney at the time.

When people purchase the cheaper products because they don’t want to spend more money on humanely-fed animal products, they’re also sacrificing the animals’ well-being to the god of money, Mammon.

The word for “meat” is mistranslated from the word for “food” which can include drinks too. So, dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. and eggs can be considered another “food” sacrificed to idols due to the way the mass production companies treat these animals today. Male chicks are ground up alive as soon as they’re hatched and sexed simply because they’re not going to be “useful” to egg companies.

From the Wikipedia article on Chick Culling:

Chick culling is the process of killing newly hatched poultry for which the industry has no use. It occurs in all industrialised egg production whether free range, organic, or battery cage—including that of the UK and US. Because male chickens do not lay eggs and only those on breeding programmes are required to fertilise eggs, they are considered redundant to the egg-laying industries and are usually killed shortly after being sexed, which occurs after they hatch.

As of 2018, worldwide around 7 billion day-old male chicks were culled per year in the egg industry.[1] {PubMed 29294120}

Matthew 10:29 What is the price of two sparrows–one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it.

That’s a sobering thought. Also, according to the bible, all animals have the same Spirit/breath of life from the Father that we do. But these animals are sacrificed every day solely because it’s cheaper to kill them. Once again they sacrifice the animals to the god of Mammon daily.

Consuming Animal Products Is Breaking the Sabbath

Again, the animals can and will be in covenant with YHWH.

Hosea 2:18 And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

They are supposed to rest on the Sabbath day also. We, as their stewards, are supposed to make sure they do rest on the Sabbath.

Deuteronomy 5:13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but the seventh day is a sabbath to YHWH your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do.

When we purchase animal products from the companies who don’t let the animals rest on the Sabbath, we’re breaking Sabbath. We are paying for work to be done on the Sabbath, and not letting our animals rest on the Sabbath.

This playlist gives a good understanding on biblical reasons people are rejecting the killing or mistreatment of animals. Most of the people in the video series accept that the sacrifices were asked for by YHWH,  but don’t believe that gives us the right to be careless with animals. They list many biblical reasons for their beliefs.

The Golden Rule

We’re told to treat others as we would want to be treated. If you take the time to look into what these animals in the factory farming industry go through, rape, separating mothers from children, being ground up alive, being beaten, having beaks and tails cut off without pain medication, being boiled alive, etc., you will quickly realize you wouldn’t want those things done to you. If Jesus (Yehoshua) commanded us to agape love others, even our enemies, and to be perfect in our treatment to them, of course he would want us treating animals as we would want to be treated. According to the Essene Mirrors, we will get back what we put out. When we pay for factory farms to do these atrocities, we’re telling Father that we want them done to us. It’s no wonder the US feels enslaved to the government, when they pay day in and day out to enslave and mistreat animals. You get what you give.

The following video shows what happens to some animals in the dairy industry, there is strong language, and graphic content. If you truly want to treat others as you would want to be treated, feel free to try to envision the animal as yourself as you watch what they go through. If you believe in the law of attraction / Golden Rule / Essene Mirrors (what you do affects you), understand that this is what you’re taking in and drawing to yourself when you take part in it by paying for it to happen. It seems likely that the US nation has drawn the mass kidnappings of children, separating mothers from children, abortions, rapes, beatings, killings, etc. on itself, as these things have exploded since the meat industry became industrialized, and the US pays for the meat and dairy industries with subsidies.

Conclusion

Since the New Age (Messianic / Millennium Age) to come is going to have us not eating meat, we’re going to have to stop eating meat before entering. Many people are waiting to get new bodies in order to do so, but veganism is on the rise right now. It seems the Spirit of Christ is getting a lot of people ready for the New Age currently.

When people choose to eat animal flesh, and dairy products from these mass-production plants, they may very well be eating food sacrificed to idols as we were warned not to do and there’s a very good case that they are breaking the Sabbath.
