Getting healthy is so important to our ability to lead happy, productive lives! There are three main forms of health: spiritual health, physical health, and mental health. To be considered healthy, we should be healthy in each area. Many people may be physically healthy, but are they spiritually healthy? Or some may be spiritual healthy, but not physically healthy and so on.
Getting Healthy Should Be Our #1 Priority
If we are not physically healthy, we may feel exhausted, distracted, or perhaps even addicted to an expensive habit like smoking or drinking alcohol which can be a strain on your finances which may make you work more, and that can then take time away from being able to focus on spiritual things. If you’re mentally unhealthy, you may constantly be getting into altercations with people at work that stresses you out, and that stress can then lead you to becoming physically unhealthy also. Each of these can drag the others down. A lot of people report feeling lighter spiritually when they physically fast, because their body has been in a state where it was physically unhealthy. These states of health are interconnected to each other and you’re only as healthy as your weakest link, so to speak.
Spiritual health could be defined as being “one with God,” meaning that you are aligned with the creator, or source of all life. There is a spiritual force in this world, and the bible calls it YHWH’s Holy Spirit, though it may just be called “force,” “Sophia,” “Brahman,” or a multitude of other names from other religions. This spiritual force wants only life, love, truth and freedom.
The bible speaks of “antichrists” who follow an “antichrist spirit.” The word “christ” means anointed, so those who have been anointed with YHWH’s Holy Spirit are “christs” (anointed ones). They make up the “body of Christ.” The antichrists say that they are anointed with YHWH’s Holy Spirit but they are not “holy,” which means to be set-apart from the world. They are lawless, without agape love, and are in bondage to their demons. The antichrists have been called “sons of the devil,” which means their true spiritual father is not the creator (who wants life, love, truth and freedom). Instead they willingly submit themselves as slaves to “sin.”
If we’re one with the Father, we have decided to let go of our worldly desires, and to allow the creator of all to purify us of our negative aspects so that we can become pure as He is pure (1 John 3:3). When we have decided to choose love over hate and fear, choose freedom over slavery to sin, choose life over death, then we have the same goal and purpose as the creator and can be considered spiritually healthy.
That’s easier said then done for many people. This site is dedicated to trying to make this an easier process. So check out the Spiritual Health page for more information.
Physical health is pretty much self-explanatory. Our bodies need healing in this world of chemicals (like fluoride), gmos, microwaves, and processed foods. Physical exercise or stretching is important, but so are proper eating habits and making sure you’re getting the right nutrients for your particular body. Yoga can also be beneficial and there are also many crystals that have metaphysical effects on our bodies, so those will be tagged also. Check out the Physical Health page for more information.
YHWH, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the gentiles shall come unto Thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, “Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.” Jeremiah 16:19
In the days of “fake news” and false flags, we must keep our critical thinking filters on. Even our own religions have had lies added into them over time. Jeremiah also spoke about the “lying pen of the scribes.” It seems like we’re in the time of Revelation and the Apocalypse. Revelation means to reveal, and the word Apocalypse means to uncover. The creator, lover of truth, is uncovering the lies in front of our eyes. It’s all being revealed right now, but this leads to distrusting everyone and everything. So many people are scrambling from one religion to another and it’s been a very turbulent time for many.
We need to stay critical, logical, and grounded and test all things and hold fast to that which is true. For more information, check out the Mental Health Page.
