Amazon Listings

These ads use an affiliate link so when you purchase on Amazon, I receive a small percentage of your order’s price at Amazon’s cost, not yours. Once you click on the link, anything you buy in that order will help to donate a bit to the site and my work, even if you don’t buy any specific items in the ads below. These are books I’ve discussed in my videos on YouTube or others I’ve read, enjoyed and recommend.

Recommended Books

I have started to get an interesting collection of books in my studies the past few years.

If you’re interested in studying out the allegorisms of the bible, I recommend getting Biblical Allegorism: A Key To the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God and also the series A Dictionary of the Sacred Languages of All Scriptures and Myths, Volume 1 and Volume 2 (as it’s basically an encyclopedia and Volume 1 is A through K and Volume 2 is K through Z). The book Dimensions of Paradise: Sacred Geometry, Ancient Science, and the Heavenly Order on Earth has some information on the dimensions of the New Jerusalem, which might be allegorical.

If you’re interested in studying our Paul, I suggest Jesus’ Words Only and Paul and Jesus.

If you’re interested in studying out how the trinity (or Jesus being the creator) idea got formed, I highly suggest When Jesus Became God: The Struggle to Define Christianity during the Last Days of Rome. And on that note, Bart Ehrman, an agnostic, has some interesting perspectives in his books, Jesus Before the Gospels: How the Earliest Christians Remembered, Changed, and Invented Their Stories of the Savior and Did Jesus Exist: The Historical Argument for Jesus of Nazareth.

If you’re interested more in who wrote the bible, Richard Elliott Friedman has a couple of very interesting books: Who Wrote the Bible and The Hidden Book in the Bible.

Since the early followers of Jesus (Yehoshua), the Essenes, didn’t believe that YHWH ever asked for sacrifices, another interesting book is The Land of MEAT & Honey.

If you’re interested in understanding some of the sayings and euphemisms in the biblical time period, I recommend Kosher Jesus & You Don’t Understand the Bible Because You Are Christian.

If you’re interested in the law of attraction, I recommend Ask and It is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires, and Think Your Way to Wealth. Of course, you can see the free e-books from Florence Scovel Shinn on our page about her. Neale Donald Walsch discusses discusses it a bit in his book Conversations with God which you can read free on this page.

Another interesting book I recommend is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
